Shipping Information

All orders are shipped with Australia post and include a tracking number.

A4 and A3 prints are sent in a rigid cardboard envelope

A2 and A1 prints are gently rolled and sent in a cardboard tube.

All other items are carefully packaged and where possible protected with recycled materials.

Please let me know if you require Express Postage.

Prints are printed to order and usually ship next business day. I ship regular parcel post so it might take a few days or longer to reach you within Australia and for international orders please allow 3-4 weeks or longer during busy holiday seasons. International orders please also note that there may be import duties or taxes necessary to pay in your country.

Returns & Exchanges

If your print or product does not arrive perfectly, please email me within 7 days of delivery and I can arrange to exchange your item.

If your order arrives and is just not how you imagined it would be or you need a larger or smaller size print, please email me within 14 days of delivery and I can arrange an exchange or refund if you are able to return the item to me in its original condition.
