In my search to complete my triptych of ‘native blues’ paintings, I found the native Australian blue banded bee hovering around my floral arrangement of native flowers. Now before your correct me on the ‘bees have four wings not two’, please allow for some creative license here - when those wings are flapping so quickly it only looks like two!

This is an original gouache painting on illustration board unframed.

Painting measures approximately 297mm x 420mm on Bainbridge illustration board measuring 380mm x 510mm.

As this is a gouache painting, it will need to be framed behind glass. I recommend custom framing but this painting will also fit in a ready-made frame with A3 mat opening.

Painting will be carefully packaged in a cello envelope with backing board and protected with sturdy packaging to protect it in transit.

Painting will be shipped Australia Post with a tracking number and will require a signature on delivery. Please let me know if you need Express Post.
